My interest in programming started when I was around 5. My elder brother taught me the fundamentals of QBasic, and I've been fascinated with the construct of games ever since. I find the real wonder in games to be the cogs that whir behind it.
The minute, deliberate details in game design have been my passion for even longer; making card games and board games with both of my brothers. I studied at Bedford College for a National Diploma for IT Practitioners. There, I learned Visual Basic and began teaching myself C#. Experimenting with simple Actionscript 3 was also an interest of mine at the time, but when I began studying with Train2Game as a Developer, Actionscript was put on hold in favour of C++. Currently, I work as a Programmer/Designer on the Rapid2D team. The experience so far has taught me more than just code. Thank you very much for sharing my journey up until this moment, come back again some time. There'll no doubt be more to the story. |
